Not much to add except to remind new (and veteran) leaders that our first priority is those we serve. Amazing how quickly I can (and do) forget that God has expected outcomes from all our Spirit-led efforts and most of those anticipated outcomes concern those we are called to serve and not ourselves or the networks that support us in mission. Tough to remember when we cozy up to power and forget the original mission. Helpful and timely reflections, Bill.
