Once more, this was a great piece.  I really like what you are saying.  

I have been haunted by a talk Hybels gave a few years ago at Willow on vision ownership.  The people will only give as much as you give.  You cannot ask people to do what you do not do yourself.</description>

As an elder in the UMC it seems to me we&#039;re going to have to buck up and say, &quot;It&#039;s going to hurt because many don&#039;t want to adjust the mission method for changing times but my thin-skinned feelings aren&#039;t as important as the mission.&quot;  Thanks for the encouragement.</description>
