Hey, Bill. I'm pastor at Faith in Omaha, good friends with the Rose-Heims, and have been involved in the GPS events for the Disciples (one of these events Kris was a part of last weekend). I told your wife a story that I wanted to share with you as well: we've had massive changes at our church over the last 7.5 years. Last year, we had significant pushback and conflict. And, one of the charges leveled at the leaders and change agents was lack of communication. :) Of course, God showed up (again!) for us through a mention of your blog in Bill Rose-Heim's NW Area e-newsletter. I read the blog entry (Oct. or Nov. 08) on communication and shared it with our elders who were enthusiastic about it and who then used it with those people who were complaining about "lack of communication." So, in summary, thanks for blessing us with your thoughts and experience. Thanks for sharing Jesus' light with us! Peace, Doug Pfeiffer
